Chapter 9
Clickstream has peaked my interest the most in the chapter because it highlights the tracking capabilities throughout companies and the extensive data collection that can be done legally. This chapter has also provided the perspective that international websites need to be thoroughly up to date depending on the country. Learning that cows in a comical setting is considered inappropriate in India.
